我銷售的產(chǎn)品都是沒有品牌的,在標(biāo)題,描述,品牌都寫的是“GENERIC”   已經(jīng)恢復(fù)銷售權(quán)我是直接發(fā)郵件到pq-review@amazon.com(沒有提供任何發(fā)票,收據(jù),授權(quán)證明),不是通過后臺(tái)直接申訴的,也不要開case,開case全是轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)的,亞馬遜基本不會(huì)回復(fù)你們的(我的情況是在發(fā)郵件之前是刪除了所有的generic的產(chǎn)品)

郵件內(nèi)容如下:
Hello, thank you for your reply.First of all,the three products are generic(no brand!),or the brand(s) is not registered in the local market  selling to, for example North America and Europe, my listings (title, brand and description) as “generic”. absolutely compatible products,you can get it from their title, brand, and product description.What we sale are generic,If you insist!Please let me know which brand and intellectual property rights these products involved.
At present, I have checked all the stock of goods, other goods do not have any problems. Look forward to your reply more information, let me check and solve,and provide relevant information. thank you very much

GENERIC侵權(quán) 解決方案二

首先,他收到了亞馬遜暫時(shí)取消其銷售權(quán)的郵件,但他銷售的產(chǎn)品都是沒有品牌的,在標(biāo)題、描述、品牌處都寫的“GENERIC”。

之后,他直接發(fā)郵件到pq-review@amazon.com(沒有提供任何發(fā)票、收據(jù)、授權(quán)證明),不是通過后臺(tái)直接申訴的,也建議不要開case,因?yàn)殚_case全是轉(zhuǎn)發(fā),亞馬遜基本不會(huì)回復(fù)。同時(shí),他在發(fā)郵件之前刪除了所有的generic產(chǎn)品。

這位賣家的郵件內(nèi)容如下:

Hello, thank you for your reply. 另一位中招賣家,在這封郵件的基礎(chǔ)上又加了一段話:

And we fill the "Generic" as the brand name cause on you site it said "If you are not listing a branded product, use "Generic" in the brand attribute".Even on the http://www.uspto.gov/trademark,  the "Generic"  brand is also dead.

之后,這位賣家從申訴到被解封只用了半天時(shí)間,該賣家賬號(hào)是新的,郵件中沒有加發(fā)票,在郵件申訴前,賣家也把涉事的幾個(gè)generic listing刪掉了。

涉事賣家可以借鑒這些郵件內(nèi)容,再根據(jù)自身情況來修改。同時(shí),對(duì)于亞馬遜要求的供應(yīng)商發(fā)票、收據(jù)、合同或交貨單副本等盡可能提供,全力配合。

1.合同和收據(jù)可以造假,有供應(yīng)商簽字蓋章,可以找玩的好的真實(shí)供應(yīng)商也行,日期以前時(shí)間。發(fā)票可以補(bǔ)開現(xiàn)在日期(補(bǔ)開現(xiàn)在的是合法的,不用以前日期也是認(rèn)可的),也可以開現(xiàn)在的PS成以前日期,也可以找個(gè)發(fā)票PS。(發(fā)票代碼什么最好是真實(shí)的和金額對(duì)的上的,可以查到的)要有供應(yīng)商地址公司名稱等,數(shù)量產(chǎn)品對(duì)的上。發(fā)票類似如下(普票和專票都可以,專票稅點(diǎn)較高),每個(gè)地點(diǎn)不一樣,會(huì)計(jì)就知道(需要聯(lián)系供應(yīng)商,口供需要一致)



2.這個(gè)問題是沒有授權(quán)的,如果其它的是需要授權(quán)可以這樣:品牌授權(quán)書
